Management Team

In 2000, Daizo Yokota joined Accenture Japan Ltd. In 2005, he engaged in real estate finance at ORIX Corporation. In 2007, he joined LaSalle Investment Management, where he was involved in investments in offices, residential properties, and commercial facilities.

In 2011, he joined Shinsei Bank, Ltd., where he was responsible for planning and establishing a healthcare REIT. In 2014, he founded Japan Senior Living Partners, Inc., an asset management company for a publicly listed healthcare REIT, where he led property acquisitions as Head of Investment Management.

Since April 2017, he has been leading the management of CREAL Inc. as President & CEO. Under his leadership, the company launched various real estate tech businesses, including “CREAL”, an online real estate fund marketplace that enables investments starting from JPY 10,000. His vision is to drive the digital transformation (DX) of the real estate investment process.
In 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s advisory committee on diversified applications of Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprises (FTK).

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Waseda University’s School of Political Science and Economics.
