Our company contributes to going paperless the real estate industry by promoting digital transformation (DX) in asset management processes that have not yet been digitized.

Paperless Promotion

In the processes of real estate procurement, operation, leasing, management reporting, and sales to simplify paperless paper procedures that used to be complicated. We have also introduced an electronic stamping system in our offices to reduce paper consumption and the environmental impact of delivery.

Environmental Initiatives

The building in which we are located uses electricity derived from renewable energy sources. In addition, energy-efficient vending machines are installed in our office, which cut electricity consumption for lighting by about 85% (*compared to fluorescent lighting) and reduce mercury and other harmful substances.
