Solving Social Issues
ESG Real Estate Initiatives
With our mission of “Transforming Real Estate Investment for a Better Future” not only the traditional two factors of risk and return, but also the third factor of social impact is an important criterion in the selection of investment targets. CREAL, an asset management service starting at JPY 10,000, is an online real estate fund dealing in the ESG real estate such as nursery and school, which have been difficult to raise funds in the capital market due to lack of property size and track record as investment targets, even though they are necessary real estate for the world. We have established a fund online.
In addition, we are promoting real estate investment that takes into account environmental and social concerns from a long-term perspective, as evidenced by the acquisition of DBJ Green Building certification for apartment complexes under our management.
