Since its launch, "CREAL" has focused on the ESG real estate sector, which requires social funding but has not received sufficient investment. By acting as a conduit for investment funds from individual investors through crowdfunding, we aim to balance social responsibility and investment product features for ESG real estate assets such as nurseries, schools, and regional revitalization projects, which have been challenging to attract investment from institutional investors due to their small investment scale. "CREAL" has achieved over JPY 5 billion in ESG real estate investments. "CREAL" aims to promote investment in ESG real estate, which has seen limited investment from institutional investors due to scale and track record issues, and to balance economic and social returns.
